Angelica Organics Pop-up outside Hams & Bacon
April 3, 2013Super excited and honoured to Have Tim and Deri-Anne Wyatt from Angelica Organics near Daylesford do a Pope-up store outside Hams & Bacon this Friday. They’ll be set up by 10am and be finishing up around 2pm. If ya read epicure this week Tim is the new pin up guy for the vegetable world whom was on the front cover. Below is what they will have available on the day. My fingers are crossed we can do lots more.
PRODUCE:
· Cherry Tomatoes
· Red field Tomatoes – Roma, Grosse Lisse
· Rocket
· Curly Endive
· Rainbow Chard
· Baby Kale – Red Winter Curly
· Carrot bunches – yellow, chantenay, Paris Market
· Spuds
· Herbs – Parsley, Basil (maybe small amount of a few others?)
· Garlic Bulbs
