This has been a favourite with Pope Joan regulars since day one, on the classic Pope Joan sandwich: egg, bacon, brown sauce. Simple and tasty!

Mr. Wilkinson’s Brown Sauce is sweet and spicy, with a base of onions, prunes, apples and molasses, with just a touch of vinegar and fresh turmeric juice for an acid kick, and a special blend of spices.
