Mr. Wilkinson’s Favourite Honey is made by one of his favourite producers (and good friends) Vanessa and Mat from Melbourne City Rooftop Honey.

Mr. Wilkinson’s Favourite Honey is a floral blend of honey collected from two of Melbourne City Rooftop Honey’s hives that are sponsored – and well-loved – by Pope Joan.  It is mixed with the best of the bounty from other MCRH hives to create a perfect flavour balance for Mr. Wilkinson to use in his creations (and now for you to use in yours!)
