Ploughman’s Pickle

As the name suggests, Mr Wilkinson’s Plougman’s Pickle is the perfect addition to your Ploughman’s lunch; a great foil for a bitey cheddar, maybe a slice of terrine, and some crusty bread.

Cauliflower, carrot, turnip, onions, apple, dates, gherkins and a little garlic and all chopped finely, and cooked out slowly in a sauce of blended spices, lemon juice, malt vinegar and brown sugar, along with a secret ingredient (ok, its Worcestershire sauce!).
