Tomato Kasundi

Kasundi is a tasty little tomato sauce that gives a lovely punch of Indian spice without too much heat.  Mr Wilkinson’s Tomato Kasundi is a perfect match for sausages, grilled lamb chops or chicken, or slathered inside just about any type of sandwich.

Made from a perfect medley of tomatoes, ginger, garlic and mild chillies, combined with black mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar and a bit of brown sugar.
