Black Pudding Fried Egg

Using Mr Wilkinson’s Brown Sauce

Black pudding: you might think you don’t like it, but have you tried it? If you haven’t, you must.

Ingredients:

Bold = available at Hams and Bacon

250g black pudding (I use Pacdon Park), peeled, sliced into 10 pieces and fried
2 free range eggs, fried 
Mr Wilkinson’s Brown Sauce
Bread to mop up the goodness

Method:

Not much to say really! You’ve fried your black pudding in a hot pan with some oil in it, and you’ve fried your egg, now use as much Brown Sauce as you like!
